I can tell you only the ones I know (and you probably too...)

(formName) => hidden form, not visible from the menu Create...

$$formName => names beginning with $$ are used for web applications

_formName => the letter f will be the shortcut to this form from the menu Create...

But the star is new to me. With actions it means it is a System Supplied action. One of the 6. But I have no clue.
